Refund and Returns Policy

At Koalaskin.com, we value your satisfaction. Here’s our returns policy to ensure a smooth experience:

Initiating a Return or Reporting Non-Receipt:
All buyers can request a return or report non-receipt through their Order history. Returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of purchase and may take 1-2 weeks to process.

Returns Accepted If:

  • Items are in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • If items are damaged or broken, In this case pictures must be sent within 4 days of delivery to orders@koalaskin.com

Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Discounted items.
  • Items purchased during sales.
  • Items under our Change in Mind Policy.

Return/Exchange Process:
You can return or exchange items online with proof of purchase. Refunds meeting our conditions are processed promptly.

Returning an Item:
Before returning, ensure the item:

  • Is within 14 days of purchase.
  • Is unworn or in its original condition.
  • Comes with proof of purchase.

Initiate return requests on our website. Returns by post may take up to 28 days.

Return Timeframe:
Exchange or refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

Exclusions from Returns Policy:
Certain items are excluded, including:

  • Custom made, monogrammed, or altered products.
  • Pierced Jewellery, Hosiery, Bedding accessories, Personal care products, Perishable goods, Product care plans, watches, all fashion accessories.

Proof of Purchase for Online Returns:
Refunds, exchanges, or repair requests must be accompanied by:

  • Original register receipt tax invoice (electronic or photograph accepted).
  • Online Tax Invoice (order confirmations not accepted).
  • Packing slip included in online purchases and click & collect.
  • Original return/exchange receipt/gift receipt.
  • Pictures of broken item, if delivered (should be reported in 5 days).

Shipping Charges Refund:
Shipping charges are not refunded and are decided by our partners or merchants.

Return on Hold:
If your return request is on hold, it’s for additional information. We may contact you within 48 hours to verify details.

Refund Timeline:
Once the Return ID is generated, a promised pick-up date is shared. Your return order will be picked up by that date. We notify you of the estimated refund date when the Return ID is generated. In some cases, we may provide cash coupons for future purchases.
